Out of Family Court!

We finally received a little update today! We are out of Family Court! Still awaiting the Pre Approval from the US Embassy. We may be in PGN court? but that's not confirmed. It's been a frustrating week for me (Cindy) this week. We've been trying to get updates for almost three weeks. I want this process to speed up sooooo much! I just need to keep reminding myself that nothing is done quickly in Guatemala! We talked to Isaac and Cristian earlier in the week. Usually those calls help make me feel better....hearing their voices :) This phonecall was more frustrating.....we got disconnected two times and finally I gave up trying to call back a third time. Good news though....Cristian's english seems to be improving :) Thank goodness, because me learning Spanish will take forever! Our good friend, Brent Gwaltney, who is fluent in spanish is trying to help us out by contacting the attorney in Guatemala to get an better update. Unfortunately he is having a difficult time reaching him also. 17 more days and we will be down there :) YEAH!
